What is Happiness...?

What is Happiness ...? Do we look for happiness in our day to day life..???

Yes..??

Happiness is always with us, it is embedded in our soul, we just need to feel its existence so that we can sense this feeling easily..
In simple words It's a state of mind, when things happens as per our expectation we feel satisfied and this will enhance our positive energy.. 

It’s just an internal feeling, our internal voice, our thoughts towards our expectation or our dream or our goals which are set by our own mind. In layman's language, happiness means to get very soothing feeling when things happen as per our expectation. When we get what we want, we become happy. Just think of few situations in our day to day life eg. When we decide to do exercise and we do it.. Experience the feeling.. , if we don't do the exercise as we decided.. Think what would be our feeling. 

Now consider if we do exercise as per our wish, we feel more comfortable, we feel our-self fresh and we say, “today I am feeling very healthy, fresh..  Every day I need to do exercise, I am not feeling tired at all"... so does this 40 minutes or one hour exercise giving us immediate effect of exercise?  No... ! Exercises are making our body healthy but the immediate effect is because of our positive feeling, enhanced positive energy at that point of time. Just because we could do what we decided, which is our wish achievement..right? This achievement is enhancing our positive energy within us and helps us to reduce our overall tiredness and gives us soothing feeling. 

So today's learning is...




Happiness is directly linked to Positive Energy...!

More Positive energy helps to reduce tiredness ...!


Enjoy every moment of your life and understand the way of getting positive energy with the help of right way of thinking and keeping right expectations...

2. Identify additional sources of enhancing positive energy to our day to day life
3. You, yourself is a source of your own happiness
